Fjordbyen Innkvartering offers contractors accommodation with 176 modern rooms located on Brakerøya in Drammen.
Eidos Drift Holding is owned by Eidos Eiendomsutvikling AS, which is shaping the fjord city of Lier and Drammen. It is one of Norway's largest urban development projects and stretches from Brakerøya in Drammen to Amtmannsvingen in Lier. Behind the company are Lier municipality (55 per cent), Bane NOR Eiendom (22.5 per cent) and Fabritius Gruppen (22.5 per cent), which is wholly owned by Gjelsten Holding.
Fjordbyen Innkvartering is led by Ståle Gundersen (third from the right in the picture). They opened their doors to the first guests in the summer of 2021 and offer accommodation tailored to the construction industry in a new and modern facility supplied by Moelven on Brakerøya in Drammen.
