Our food philosophy is that tasty food should be sustainably obtained.
We believe good food and good sleep lay the best foundation for peak performance. Our kitchen strives to achieve an excellent dining experience. We prioritise local and short-haul ingredients and try to use seasonal produce as we wish to contribute to a better society and limit food waste wherever possible.

We have our own chefs in our own kitchen and make all of the food from scratch. This gives us a unique opportunity to work towards a varied, nutritious, local and seasonal menu with a large variety of vegetables, grains and legumes.
